Product Description
Double die head film blowing machine is a drag two film blowing machine, refers to a screw cylinder with 2 die heads and 2 upper traction and 2 winder, suitable for blowing small width of LDPE HDPE plastic film. Such as T-shirt bag, rolling bag, shopping bag and so on.
Both the cylinder and the screw of the extruding are made of high quality alloy steel through nitration and precision finishing with the best hardness and corrosion resistance.Scientifically designed,this double die head film blowing machine set has two heads for one extruding with such advantages as increasing production capacity,saving energy,labour and workshop area,etc. One set machine could produce 2 pieces film roll that increase the production at a certain time. This double die head film blowing machine only cover one set machine land.
Performance and features
1. The machine adopts single-screw extruder, double-die film-extrusion, equipped with double traction and double take-up devices, which has the characteristics of high output and low consumption.
2. Both the screw and the barrel are made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel, which is made of nitriding treatment and precision machining, with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and durability
3. The die head is plated with hard chrome, and its structure is spiral mandrel type, the extruded molten material is uniform, and the blown film has a good finish; the structure of the air cooling device is a labyrinth, and the air volume is uniform.
4. The coiling device adopts pressure friction winding or center winding, and is adjusted by torque motor, so that the winding is smooth and easy to change.
